Obituary for Mary Lou Kinnane

Mary Lou Kinnane, 83, of West Hartford, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 10, 2016. Born in Hartford, daughter of the late Arthur and Cecilia (Martin) Kinnane, she was a resident of West Hartford most of her life. Prior to her retirement, Mary Lou was a teacher at the Emerson Williams School in Wethersfield for 36 years. She enjoyed spending her summers at Cape Cod and was a communicant of St. Brigid Church, West Hartford. Mary Lou loved to watch nature from her home. She is survived by a niece Linda Kinnane and a nephew, Tom Kinnane and his wife Lucy. Mary Lou was predeceased by a brother, John Kinnane and a niece, Carol Kinnane. Funeral Procession will be on Tuesday, (November 22), 9:30 am from the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 am at St. Brigid Church, West Hartford. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, West Hartford. Calling hours will be prior to the procession from 8:30 to 9:30 am at the funeral home.
