Adam Edward Zagorski Jr.
Adam E. Zagorski Jr., 73, of Ellington, formerly of Manchester, beloved husband of Barbara (O'Dell) Zagorski, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, February 20, 2017. He was born in Springfield, MA, son of the late Adam E. Sr., and Cecilia (Richards) Zagorski and was employed for over 30 years at Rice Packaging, Inc., prior to his retirement. Adam loved old westerns and NASCAR. Besides his wife, he leaves his children, Adam E. Zagorski, III and his fiancé, Dawn Vece of Middletown, Ken Zagorski and his wife, Mary Kate of Vernon and Malinda Flavin and her husband, Glennon of Florissant, MO; two sisters, Margaret Walzack of Belchertown, MA and Jean Kulas of Suffield. He also leaves his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Cathie Zagorski. Calling hours are Thursday (February 23), from 5 to 8 pm at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home, 1084 New Britain Ave., West Hartford. Burial will be private.
