Condolence From: John C. Shukie
Condolence: Dear, Kay, Kevin, John, Eileen, Kathleen, and Maureen,
I was very deeply saddened to hear of John's passing this week. In my many years at Northwest Catholic High School it was my great good fortune to come into contact with many outstanding families and certainly yours is at the top of that list. John always impressed me as a true loving parent who wanted the best for his family and did everything that he could to provide that. He was honest, hardworking, and blessed with a wonderful sense of humor. He was a family man in the truest sense of the term. It was a true pleasure to know him.
Kay, Your family's friendship and generosity to me and my family when I was a young teacher and coach was greatly appreciated then and is a treasured memory for me now. I know that John was very proud of each of his children and took great pleasure in watching you all grow into the fine adults that you have become. I am also certain that his grandchildren brought great joy into his life and that he did the same for them as well.
Please know that he and all of you are in my thoughts and prayers as we proceed through this Easter season. I regret that time, distance, and slow travelling news prevented me from being there to share my memories and condolences with you in person. Sincerely, John Shukie Northwest Catholic High School Retired Baltimore Maryland

Condolence: Eileen and family, You all are in our thoughts and prayers. Even though we only met John a few times, we know how much he loved you all and how proud he was of each and every one of you.

A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they remain in our hearts and mind and as such, through us, they live on.

Please accept our most heartfelt condolences.

Condolence: Our deepest sympathy to Kay and the entire Quinn Family. We both worked with John at Travelers. John was a proud man who really loved his job. I use the word "Foreman" with reverence when referring to John, he managed his department in an excellent manner. He loved to mentor young employees. Rest in Peace John.

Condolence: I have learned so much about this wonderful man from his daughter, Kathleen. The stories of his courage and hard work have been truly inspiring. But what I have remembered most from these stories is the laughter and the love that has surrounded John Quinn. Much loved and so very blessed, always and forever, Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam

In company with Christ,
Who died and now lives,
may John be at His Right,
where all tears are wiped away.
Unite us together again in one family,
to sing Your praise forever and ever.
Amen.
