Vicky A. (Spielman) Mangene, 53, of West Hartford, unexpectedly gained her angel wings on March 19,, 2018.
She was born in Hartford, CT in 1965. She was married to Joseph T. Mangene for 33 loving years. Along with her husband, she is survived by her father James Spielman, daughter Jessica (Adam) Federspiel, sister Ann (Tyler) Merritt, Godson James (D’Arcy) Merritt along with many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Carol (Smialek) Spielman.
